Refund Policy

If you need to return merchandise please follow the below procedure

  1. Request a Return Shipping Label by emailing or calling 1-630-697-1893.
  2. Upon approval, we will email you a Return Shipping Label. Print the label and attach it to the outside of the original box. Place the original packing slip and product in the original box, and drop them off at a designated UPS location.
  3. Approved refunds are credited through PayPal or the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  
  4. We will send you an email confirmation after the return is processed.
  5. Original shipping and handling is non-refundable;
  6. Taxes are automatically calculated and refunded based on the amount of the return.

Damaged items

Please contact us immediately by emailing or calling 1-630-697-1893 to report a damage claim. Damage claims are processed through the the shipping company. If the damage claim is not reported in a timely fashion the receiver takes responsibility for the damage.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the product in “like new” condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund, see above directions. Please note that urns cannot be returned if used.
